MANAGEMENT PROFILE

The Key Management team of Identifax has combined investigative experience well in excess of 200 years. Identifax has always promoted from within and all of our regional managers previously were investigators of Identifax. This "hands-On" experience was invaluable in directing our investigative staffs.

In 1994 these Key Managers become business partners in our company which eliminated the management attrition which ruins other agencies. All are licensed investigators and remain available any time when you call any of our Branch Offices.

	James C. Priddy III Our founder and President attended Salem State College in Boston, Ma. He was previously an educator and became an auto theft investigator in 1979 prior to starting Identifax in 1981. Mr. Priddy manages the eastern region and our Corporate Offices.		Pamela J. Aicher Ms. Aicher joined Identifax in 1981 at its inception with our President. She attended Palm Beach Junior College and was a Corporate Manager prior to taking over her regional position. Ms. Aicher is the Central regional manager.
	Louis M. Ferlanti Mr. Ferlanti joined Identifax in 1988 after owning and operating his own successful business. Mr. Ferlanti is the southeast regional manager.		Michael L. Heflin Mr. Heflin joined Identifax in 1992. He is a graduate of Ball State University in Indiana with a degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Heflin is southwest regional manager.
	Marilyn C. Harrison Ms. Harrison was originally Vice President with Computerized Vehicle Inventory Center CVIC in New York and was previously a Work Comp adjustor. Since 1995 she manages the northwest region for the company.		C. Alyn Bailey Mr. Bailey joined the company in 1990. He graduated from Otero College in Colorado with a degree in Criminal Justice. Mr Bailey is the northeast regional manager.
	Nancy T. Apruzzesi Ms. Apruzzesi was the prior marketing director for a large Insurance Carrier in Boston, MA. Since 2000 she supervises the Asset and Subrogation division of the company in our corporate offices.
