MANAGEMENT PROFILE

The upper Management team of Identifax has combined investigative experience well in excess of 200 years. Identifax promotes from within and all of our managers were initially fraud investigators first. This experience makes them invaluable in supervising and directing our investigative staffs.

Over the past 2 1/2 decades, our managers have become financial partners in our company. This alliance has effectively eliminated the attrition that ruins other agencies. All are licensed investigators and remain available at any time when you call any of our branches.

	Louis M. Ferlanti Mr. Ferlanti joined Identifax in 1988 after owning and operating his own successful business. Mr. Ferlanti is the southeast regional manager.		Pamela J. Aicher Ms. Aicher joined Identifax in 1981 at its inception with our President. She attended Palm Beach Junior College. Ms. Aicher is the Central area regional manager.
	Michael L. Heflin Mr. Heflin joined Identifax in 1992. He is a graduate of Ball State University in Indiana with a degree in Criminal Justice.   Mr. Heflin is southwest regional manager.		C. Alyn Bailey Mr. Bailey joined the company in 1990. He graduated from Otero College in Colorado with a degree in Criminal Justice.   Mr Bailey is the northeast regional manager.
	Marilyn Harrison Ms. Harrison was originally Vice President with Computerized Vehicle Inventory Center CVIC in New York and was previously a Work Comp adjustor. She manages the northwest region for the company.		Kristen Verdi Ms. Verdi joined the company in 1997. She previously attended FAU in Florida, majoring in Criminology. Ms. Verdi manages the central eastern region for the company.
