Identifax offers our clients an economical, comprehensive research tool to aid them in identifying undisclosed or pre-exisitng injuries.

We will identify all hospital admissions and/or emergency room visits with treatment dates for any subject within the State of Florida. We will provide this search from all major hospitals within a 40 mile radius of the claimant's current address, including all Level 1 Trauma Centers the subject would be customarily treated at.

OUT PATIENT TREATMENT

Our experienced investigators will research medical out patient treatment that does not occur within the standard Hospital health care environment. These records are usually overlooked in a standard Hospital Records Search. Services such as Oncology, Radiation and local clinic treatments fall under this category.
